Rolltrailers are specifically designed to alleviate the problems of transporting 'loose' cargo, which is unsuitable for containerisation. They are used to safely transport cargo on Ro-Ro vessels, at terminals and at industrial and military sites.
Originally created for the movement of products such as steel, paper and cables, Rolltrailers are also ideal for the transport of high-value cargo such as yachts, vintage cars, etc.
The Cronos 'low build' Rolltrailer is an
impressive and robust piece of equipment with a ground clearance
of 240mm (ground to lower frame) and a platform height of 700mm
(over the wheels).
The longitudinal frame is constructed from
460mm x 194mm St 52.3 and the lashing bars extend the full length
of the frame. The Cronos fleet includes 20´ and 40´ Rolltrailers,
with 62´ available for extra-long loads.
